Linkstorm Video Navigator™
The Linkstorm Video Navigator interlinks video content by category, creator, topic, or any other available metadata, so that end users can easily find any videos they are looking for. Linkstorm menus embedded into the video player (or potentially in-stream in the video itself) serve as Electronic Program Guides so that wherever a video is encountered, it displays all related links on demand.
The Video Navigator can be used many different ways by many different parties, providing deep links to the owner's content, third party content and advertising right from within the video experience. It even makes possible new kinds of relationships between industry parties, such as:
- TV or movie studios who want wider dissemination of their video content but don't want to give up control
- End users who want to find relevant videos but don't want to have to go and search for them on multiple websites using primitive search tools
